Coopérative de solidarité en habitation offrant des rabais à ses membres utilisateurs (les locataires), tout en facilitant l'accès à des personnes autonomes aux prises avec des problèmes de santé mentale (programme de supplément au loyer)



Deux immeubles à Québec

* phase 1 à Sainte-Foy - Chapdelaine (21 logements : 3 ½, 4 ½, 5 ½)

* phase 2 à Saint-Sauveur - Colbert et Mazenod (24 logements : 3 ½, 4 ½, 5 ½, 6 ½)



La coopérative accueille comme membres de soutien, des personnes et sociétés ayant un intérêt économique, social ou culturel dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs et la réalisation de sa mission



Membre de la Fédération des coopératives d'habitation de Québec, Chaudières-Appalaches (FECHAQC)
