Utilisation de la salle, rendez-vous nécessaire Critères * Être atteint par une maladie cardiovasculaire (pontage, infarctus, tuteurs, problème valvulaire, AVC) * Être diabétique et détenir au moins 2 autres facteurs de risque de la maladie cardiovasculaire * Présence d’au moins 3 facteurs de risque de la maladie cardiovasculaire, incluant les antécédents familiaux Programme de réadaptation demande auprès de l’accueil clinique ou de Isabelle Dionne ou par formulaire
